This film is directed by Amar Kaushik. Stree 2 is a sequel to Stree, which stars Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles.
Stree was the first film of the horror-comedy universe by the Maddock films.
Stree 2 Release Date
Stree 2 will be released on 15th August 2024 on Independence Day. The horror-comedy was a great success back in the year 2018. It was made with a budget of just ₹27cr. and made a world-wide box-office collection of around ₹180cr.
Cast Performance
The movie starring Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles with a supporting role by Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurrana, and Abhishek Banerjee got a verdict of super-hit and the crowd was said to be in love with the story of the film.
In part-1 of the movie it says, “oh… stree, Kal aana” which shows that the people of the city are in fear with the stree. In part-2 it says, “oh… Stree, Raksha karna” which shows that people of the city are asking her to help them from any problem instead of fearing from her.
